ARE YOU HAPPY ABOUT SEN HEALTH SERVICES IN BROMLEY?
Bromley Parent Voice are hosting an open forum about all things health related (SEN 0-25) in order to report back to the Bromley clinical commissioning group.
Are there any gaps in provision?
Which services work well?
Which services need improvement?
If possible we would also like to have your views on how the health involvement in the EHCplan processes can be improved.
Our starting point will be the published Local Offer

Wednesday 11th March @ Hawes Down Centre, Hawes Lane, West Wickham 7pm- 9pm
or Thursday 12th March @ Bromley United Reform Church, 20 Widmore Road, Bromley (next to Boots) 10am – 12 midday
