About the event
Still confused about EHC Plans? Unsure of how your child will be affected once statements are replaced?
Throughout the Summer Term*, BPV and the Independent Supporters will be running drop in sessions for parent carers.
This is the opportunity for parents to meet with members of the IS programme on a 1:2:1 basis to discuss any concerns they may still have such as:
- How the implementation of the SEND Reforms will affect your child?
- Information and support in terms of writing a personal profile for your child
- Help with thinking about the outcomes you would like your child to work towards.
Thursday 30th April 1pm – 2.30pm Hawes Down Centre, Hawes Lane, West Wickham BR4 9AE
Monday 11th May 10am – 12 midday Bromley United Reformed Church, 20 Widmore Road, Bromley
Wednesday 20th May 7pm – 9pm Hawes Down Centre, Hawes Lane, West Wickham BR4 9AE
*Dates for next half term will be published by the end of April
These sessions will be particularly relevant for those parents/carers who have a child currently going through the transition process (School Yrs 1, 5 & 11) but may also be of interest to those whose child will start the process next academic year (Current School Year Reception, 4 & 10)
